Owner Occupied Rehabilitation
WCNDD is administering several grants funded by the Nebraska Department of Economic Development to provide Owner-Occupied Housing Rehabilitation Programs in several communities.
Homeowners who qualify under the income guidelines will be eligible to receive much needed repairs including: new furnaces, windows, siding, roofing, electrical upgrades, handicap accessibility and more!
The OOR program provides an opportunity to repair homes before they become severely deteriorated . This opportunity meets the immediate needs of the homeowner and the long-term needs of the community.
WCNDD is proud to help rejuvenate housing stock in our region, provide assistance to those in need, and provide work for local businesses.
